life in penang and sarawak

Ya ya ya…. I know… its been months. In fact in a cyber world its BEEN YEARS!!!!! And to answer what u guys have been doubting lately, YES!!!! I’m a Christian…. I have accepted Christ…. Don ask why. Cos I also dunno why. Funny isn’t it?? *smile*

The story started when I was back in Penang undergoing my internship program with Fairchild Semiconductor. It was a long story but I’ll jus keep it short….

Before I left for Sarawak, I’ve been attending Penang Christian Center(PCC)’s activities for sometime. I can’t help it but to attend more of their activities because they were so extremely welcoming and warm. Every Sunday we have captain ball in Youth Park. And that’s what brings us together. Primary kids are playing together with senior citizens in a game of captain ball. We had so much fun there in Youth Park, but what makes me down is that I have to go to work the next morning. Haha…. Bottom line is we had a lot of fun there in Youth Park every Sunday evening. After the game, we would have a few glasses of fruit juice in Fruit Ice (along botanical road on the left). Seriously, u have to try their fruit ice. Its one of a kind and u can never find anything like it in Penang. The best part was we can all sit back, relax and chit chat. And pls tell the management that they should provide mosquito coils..hehe…

Anyways, thanks guys… for giving me such a great time when I was in Penang. And the Triple Challenge was awesome. Hopefully I’ll be able to join u guys in next year’s competition. And this time we shall emerge as the champions again…do train hard my fellow teammates…

Through all of these activities with my friends from PCC, Christianity begins to flow into my mind. And that is what gives me the spark into building faith for Jesus. It started slow…. But at least there was something….

One day when I woke up, all of a sudden I felt that Jesus touched my heart. Its like I’m ready to give my trust to him, my faith to him and trusted HIM to guide me along the way. It might sound weird and superstitious, but that’s the fact. And above all, there is this special person I wanted to thank… if she is reading this post, she’ll know who I meant. *laughs* (don ask cos I’m not telling)

If its not because of her, I think I’ll still be lost somewhere in this world….. Not physically but spiritually. She is the catalyst for this whole thing. She has been guiding me all these time from Penang to Sarawak.

Well… it all started with few simple books she sent to me all the way to Sarawak…. To u guys, it might be just 3 simple books. But to me, I’m touched. Really touched. The books really meant a lot to me. And its from someone special… *wink* hehe….
